Here's how the space is designed keeping your requirement, style and comfort in mind.
Design Explanation: 1. Starting from the spiral staircase that connect all the floors via vertical circulation. spiral staircase leads to the entrance lobby.
2. On the Left of the entrance lobby the extended column is covered with the storage space provided with it for shoes, outdoor cloths, coats etc. This not only provide extra storage but also help with the awkward visible length of the column.
3. On the right of the entrance lobby is the office, that have two workstation up against the window that provided a beautiful view of outside and at the back of the workstation is the storage and small coffee station. there is a door provided to the balcony outside to relax once in while during working hours and get some fresh air.
4. On the front Entrance lobby leads to living room that has seating area along with wall mounted tv unit and storage and behind it is dining area, on both the walls connected to the living area and area has sliding glass door which helps with natural light and ventilation and gives a smooth access to the balcony.
5. Then comes the kitchen on the right of the living and dining area. with pantry area besides the fridge. wash basin provided on the wall with the window to keep the kitchen dry and maintain the air and ventilation flow along with providing the natural light. there is a overhead storage provide above the counter. and island is given which serves as a breakfast nook for the family and friends.
6. Living area, dining area, kitchen is provided with a open layout concept with clean lines it make the transition of spaces look seamless.
7. and the with kitchen the hallway is present with the storage space leading to the bathroom2 , master bedroom and bedroom 2.
8. Bathroom 2 can be accessed by anyone like by guest and family, kids etc without causing any disturbance to any other space. it can easily be accessed by the bedroom 2 and living, dining, kitchen and entrance lobby. w.c 2 washbasin and shower area with ample storage is provided in the bathroom 2.
9. bedroom 2 is provided on the right of the bathroom 2 with bed and storage space along with tv. it is a fully ventilated room with window provided on the rear wall.
10. Lastly master bedroom is provided with the bedroom and walk-in closet and bathroom that has stacked washing machine and dry counter with the 2 washbasin, shower and wc. and has a door that leads to the balcony.
11. In the bedroom there is a bed, tv unit, storage space and seating area. and in the walk-in closet there is storage space provided along with dressing/ make-up counter and storage is provided.
