Project Overview: Modern Zoned Residence
This proposed floor plan transforms the open shell into a highly functional, 120 sqm modern home. The design utilizes a strict zoning strategy, clearly separating the vibrant, open-concept living and entertainment areas from the private sleeping quarters and focused workspaces. The layout is optimized for spatial flow, natural light, and integrated storage.
Key Layout Features
1. The Open-Concept Living Area (Day Zone)
Occupying the entire upper half of the plan, the living area is designed as a single, expansive environment perfect for both daily family life and entertaining.
Gourmet Kitchen & Hidden Pantry: The kitchen features a highly efficient U-shaped layout with a generous peninsula that doubles as a casual snack or breakfast bar. Crucially, the design incorporates a concealed door within the cabinetry run that leads directly into a private, hidden pantry room, keeping the main kitchen visually clean and uncluttered.
Dining & Lounge: The kitchen flows seamlessly into a central dining area sized for a six-person table. Adjacent to this is the living room, anchored by a large L-shaped sectional sofa and media wall, positioned to take full advantage of natural light from the primary windows.
2. Circulation and Vertical Transition
Central Hallway: The core of the home acts as a dedicated circulation axis. It is highly functional, featuring built-in, custom storage and coat closets along the walls to maximize space utilization.
Staircase: A prominent, U-shaped staircase with a central landing is positioned in the middle of the floor plan, providing a comfortable and structurally efficient connection to the ground floor and top level.

Positioned centrally but separate from the primary living space, a dedicated home office provides a quiet, private environment.
