The project idea was born from the desire to create a comfortable and simple home in which to live optimally. Starting from the demands it has been changed the plan in order to submit a second bathroom in the master bedroom , to have a single room have bigger than now and having a kitchen integrated with the living room . In order to achieve these results it has been moved the bathroom currently present on the left , in the actual kitchen, using the drain pipe for plumbing. The bathrooms are without natural ventilation because they do not have rooms overlooking the street, and for this reason it is necessary predict the forced ventilation of the two environments. So it has been possible to extend the single room up to 12 square meters , which could be a bedroom with two single beds or a single bed and a half. In this way, the master bedroom is the same, but it has been added to the second bathroom , all appliances containing blocks for greater comfort . The passageway leads to the sleeping area and services, while from the entrance it is possible to go straight to the living area to the left , where there is a library area/day filter , the living room and kitchen with direct natural light .
In the living room and bedrooms is proposed to allow a lowered ceiling lighting with recessed spotlights in the ceiling .

L’idea progettuale nasce dalla volonta’ di creare ambienti comodi e semplici in cui poter vivere la casa in maniera ottimale. Partendo dalle richieste e’ stato variato l’assetto planimetrico per poter inserire un secondo bagno nella camera matrimoniale, avere la camera singola piu’ grande dell’attuale e nell'area giorno avere una cucina integrata con il soggiorno. Per poter arrivare a questi risultati si e’ pensato di spostare il bagno attualmente presente a sinistra, nell'attuale cucina, utilizzando la colonna di scarico presente per gli impianti idraulici. I bagni sono senza ventilazione naturale in quanto non hanno affacci su strada, per tale ragione e’ da prevedere la ventilazione forzata dei due ambienti. Cosi’ e’ stato possibile ampliare la camera singola, fino a 12 mq, che potrebbe essere tranquillamente una camera con due letti singoli o con un letto a una piazza e mezza. In questo modo la camera matrimoniale non e’ stata rimpicciolita, ma e’ stato inserito il secondo bagno, contenente tutti gli apparecchi igienici per un maggior confort. Dal disimpegno si accede a tutta la zona notte e servizi, mentre dall'ingresso e’ possibile andare direttamente alla zona giorno a sinistra, dove troviamo un area libreria/filtro giorno, il salotto e la cucina con illuminazione naturale diretta.
Nel soggiorno e nelle camere viene proposto una soffitto ribassato per permettere l’illuminazione tramite faretti incassati nella controsoffitatura.
