Hi, Please find the attached floor plan with autocad file. I have made sure that all the requirement of the brief is accomplished in the design with good aesthetics and space planning. The spaces have been designed to have natural ventilation and light. A open plan concept is followed with respect to the brief, the entrance is greeted by the foyer with console table and artefact bifercated from the interior living space by glass / wood batten partition, in order to provide privacy of the living spaces from the entrance. The open plan ensures natural flow of spaces between foyer, staircase nook, dining, kitchen, living room and balcony. I have provided 2 options for the kids room one with bunk bed with study table and other with separate single beds and console table inbetween also accomodating closet (which concealing the column). While the master bedroom accomodates closet, double bed and dresser table with mirror and poof with view towards the balcony. Hope you like my design.
