Per la realizzazione del progetto, si intende creare un interno elegante con l'uso di colori chiari e materiali lussuosi come bronzo, marmo, legno, pezzi di velluto, ecc. L'appartamento avrà un ampio soggiorno e illuminato da finestre ad arco . A destra dell'ingresso principale si troverà un wc in funzione della zona giorno con wc, bidet e lavabo. Verrà allestito un armadio per riporre scarpe e giacche e un ufficio. la zona giorno sarà divisa in 2 parti, il soggiorno open space zona pranzo e la zona cucina e isola separate da una doppia porta scorrevole apribile per creare uno spazio unico. La cucina sarà ad L con la parte stretta a tutta l'altezza della parete che avrà il frigorifero, il microonde e il forno incorporati e la parte lunga solo con il mobile inferiore e verranno montati piano cottura e lavello. L'isola avrà 3 panchine per la colazione. La camera matrimoniale sarà ampia con una grande cabina armadio a forma di U e un bagno dedicato con doppio lavabo, wc bidet e vasca da bagno. Di fronte al letto matrimoniale ci sarà un armadio con tavolino da trucco incorporato e su di esso sarà montata una TV per guardare la diffusione della TV. Le altre due camere da letto saranno accessibili da un corridoio comune e avranno ciascuna un letto, un armadio e una scrivania.
