It was a challenge to reach at a compromise that i am satisfied at and i hope you are too
The double bedroom with the ensuite bathroom will have a pocket space which can be used for a builtin cupboard and helps meet the 14 sqm area requirement. The room will also have an access from the inside and outside by converting the already existing window into a french door as per the request.
The door which was an entrance to the kitchen from the veranda will also be converted into a window witch starts 1.50m above the ground
Optional; the staggered wall in bedroom 1 can be filled create a leveled wall
The door that separates the washer and bathroom 1 is also optional, as the door that separates the living from the washer can already provide privacy.

È stata una sfida raggiungere un compromesso di cui sono soddisfatto e spero che lo siate anche voi
La camera matrimoniale con bagno privato avrà uno spazio che può essere utilizzato per un armadio a muro e aiuta a soddisfare il requisito di superficie di 14 mq. La stanza avrà accesso anche dall'interno e dall'esterno trasformando la finestra già esistente in una porta finestra come da richiesta.
La porta che fungeva da ingresso alla cucina dalla veranda sarà trasformata anche in una finestra che inizia a 1,50 m dal suolo
Opzionale; la parete sfalsata della camera 1 può essere riempita creando una parete livellata
Anche la porta che separa la lavatrice dal bagno 1 è opzionale, in quanto la porta che separa la zona giorno dalla lavatrice può già garantire la privacy.
