Here are my ideas for your apartment redesign. I've come up with 2 different planning variations, both made according to your requirements:
- The kitchen and dining/living room are merged into a single space.
- The guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with external access to the courtyard by transforming the current window into a French door.
- All rooms have windows.
- All the doors are pocket ones.
- Washer and dryer are placed in the main bathroom.
