The creation of two rooms with dimensions according to Italian laws was a challenge that I fulfilled, two complete bathrooms (sink, shower, bidet, toilet), one with access from the corridor that connects to the living room/kitchen and the other bathroom with access from the room which has access to the exterior through a French window (the same width as the existing window).
In the corridor mentioned above, there is a space hidden by sliding doors, this space is 70*120 cm and is reserved for the washing/drying machine for clothes, detergents, etc.
In the living room, there is a fireplace placed in the wall (the walls are wide and allow this) directly with the chimney channel, a table for 4-5 people between the kitchen and the living room.
the entrance from the kitchen involves a direct linear communication Kitchen / dining table in the veranda.
In terms of style, I have followed a minimalist-modern style that contains materials that are resistant to water such as a "gres effetto legno" floor, in the "terracota light" veranda. The walls are dominated by light colors, the wood used in the furniture and wall decoration leans towards light chestnut.
In small detal, I used the color of Cinnamomum and ash to break the line of open colors and to remove the monotony, this made the interior design concept even more connected with the nature of the coastal proximity outside.
