Le proposte di ristrutturazione per l’appartamento sono tre. In tutte le proposte il soggiorno e la zona pranzo sono state mantenute in corrispondenza dell’affaccio su via Barnaba.

Nella proposta A è stata sfruttato lo spazio vicino all’ingresso per ricavare un bagno. La cucina è stata collocata in un vano dedicato di 10 mq adiacente al bagno. Le camere sono in totale tre: la prima matrimoniale di 14 mq, la seconda singola di 9mq e la terza doppia di 14 mq. Il secondo bagno cieco è stato collocato tra la cucina e la camera matrimoniale con ingresso dal corridoio.

La proposta B sfrutta lo spazio dell’ingresso per ricavare la cucina che in questo modo rimane più vicina alla zona pranzo. Le camere anche in questa proposta sono tre: una matrimoniale, una doppia e una singola. I due bagni sono collocati tra la camera matrimoniale e la camera singola: uno è accessibile dalla camera matrimoniale, l’altro dal corridoio. In aggiunta ai due bagni è stata inserita una lavanderia/ripostiglio in fondo al corridoio.

Anche nella proposta C è stato ricavato un bagno in corrispondenza dell’ingresso come nella proposta A. Rispetto alla proposta A ci sono due camere invece che tre: una matrimoniale di 14.5 mq e una camera doppia di 15.5 mq. Ciò permette di avere una cucina più spaziosa, due bagni con finestra e una lavanderia.





The options for the apartment are three. In all options the living room and the dining area have been maintained on the south side.

In option A part of the space near the entrance become a bathroom. The kitchen is in a dedicated space of 10 mq next to the first bathroom. The rooms are three: the first one is a master bedroom (14 mq), the second one is a single bedroom (9mq) and the third is a double bedroom (14 mq). The second bathroom is between the kitchen and the master bedroom with an entrance from the hallway.

The option B the kitchen is near the entrance and the dining room. Also in this option there are three rooms: a master bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The two bathrooms are located between the master bedroom and the single bedroom: one is accessible from the master bedroom, the other one from the hallway. In addition to the two bathrooms there is a laundry/storage room down the hall.

In option C there is a bathroom near the entrance as in the option A. There are two rooms instead of three: a master bedroom of 14.5 mq and a double bedroom of 15.5 mq. In this option there is a bigger kitchen, two bathrooms with windows and a laundry/storage room.
