Based on the requirements of the client I decide to present two( 2 ) optional architectural layouts( plans ).
Architectural Plan Option 1 - consists of 3 bedrooms( 1 king size bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom ), living room with terrace, big sofa and armchair, open plan kitchen with kitchen island and tall units behind the island, big dining table( min.6 people ), 2 bathrooms( 1 master bathroom next to the king size bedroom with double sink, WC, bath-tub + shower, and 2nd bathroom positioned at the entryway ), separate WC( toilet ) at the entryway. Laundry - washing mashine+dryer is integrated at a wardrobe at the corridor next to the master bathroom. Four( 4 ) wardrobes at the entryway gives a chance for a lot of storage place.

One of the major point at the architectural layout is changing the entryway(antre) in a more functional and efficient way. That is why I decided to locate second( 2nd ) bathroom and a separate toilet( WC ) at that zone.It's functional because next to the king size bedroom is a master bathroom( 8,7m2 ) with double sink+WC+bath-tub+shower. And the second bath and toilet at the entry way it's easy to be used from the other bedrooms( guests ), living room and kitchen. At the entryway(antre) I also positioned a 4( four ) wardrobes which give a great opportunity for a lot of storage place.
Another useful desicion is Laundry - washing machine + dryer is hidden in a wardrobe at the corridor next to the master bathroom, which save place at the bathrooms. Kitchen is with open plan with kitchen island and tall units behind it. Dining table is for min. 6 people. It is also efficient that kitchen have a terrace too, and sitting at the island drinking coffee, you have an exterior view.
