During the work on this project I kept in mind light and open spaces, with enough air and comfort and of course, fulfilling the needs of one modern family.
Flooring in entire flat is dark american walnut and tiles in the spaces that are necessary. The top floor is divided so that open space dominates the apartment as clients requested. Big kitchen and breakfast area permits that more people use kitchen at same time without annoyance, which together with living room has just under 30 sqm. Also, I took care of functional and easy to construct layout. Top floor bathroom has built in shower, which I imagined with beautiful majolica tiles, and two bathroom sinks with console underneath them. Study room is a quiet one and its great for reading and working because there are balcony doors and its not cluttered with unnecessary things. Master bedroom has big enough walk in closet with a lot of shelf, as clients imagined.
Downstairs there is big expendable dining table for parties and guest bathroom. I put only one cabinet for storing glasses and plates.
