The customer's request was completed with good satisfaction of the designer for the final result achieved. I hope that the owners can also say the same. The three apartments for tourist rental use have been conceived as three junior suites equipped, in each room, with at least one sauna or Turkish bath or hydromassage tub. The cross vaults in travertine-coloured rough stone and the floor in structured porcelain stoneware in a large square format are in contrast with the light lime-white plaster of the walls The lights are all wall-mounted and dark steel, as are the baseboards and fixtures. Outside, a full-height waterfall in the eastern courtyard creates a play of water and light.

Proprio oggi ho anche concluso il progetto per il piano terra dello storico palazzo dei primi dell’800. La richiesta del cliente è stata completata con buona soddisfazione del progettista per il risultato finale raggiunto. Spero che anche i proprietari possano dire lo stesso. I tre appartamenti ad uso affitto turistico sono stati concepiti come tre junior suite dotate, in ogni camera, di almeno una sauna o bagno turco o vasca idromassaggio. Le volte a crociera in pietra grezza color travertino e il pavimento in grès porcellanato strutturato di formato quadrato largo sono in contrasto con l'intonaco bianco calce chiaro delle pareti. Le luci sono tutte a parete e in acciaio scuro, così come i battiscopa e gli infissi. All'esterno, una cascata a tutta altezza nel cortile orientale crea un gioco di acqua e luce.
