Departing from the entrance, we have thought a modern kitchen design that fulfills the desire for a loft a like space. The raw beauty of recycled wood on floors, the metal and glass of the compact furniture of kitchen and bar desk give a vintage, industrial look and add strong character to the new open floor plan.
Continuing inside the open space we have thought about valorizing the space (where are the columns) by using the original concrete layer of the pillar and adding a brick wall, to give an industrial style.The bookstore and shelves use iron and wood and a beautiful lounge chair embellished with top grain ebony leather and a colorful carpet will contrast whit the previous materials and give more warmth to the space.
Eventually the kitchen space can be separated from the dining area by a window system that use a factory style frame.
Finally the private areas of the rooms and bathrooms are designed to have the best size and functionality. A quite spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom. A clear and more spacious main bathroom. Guest room and secondary bathroom are slightly improved to be more comfortable and practical.
