Your apartment was really fun to redesign. I hope you'll like what you see. :)
Let me start by explaining the concept. The idea was to remove all unnecessary walls so the daylight could enter the whole apartment. Even the kitchen has some parts in glazing. By removing the walls, it is now possible to continuously walk around the common area with no doors as a barrier. :) By entering the place, you are given the possibility to walk right to the night zone (meaning the guest bedroom and master bedroom) or you could go directly to the kitchen, dining room/game room and library (again-game room :) ). As you can see, the floor plan is flexible to your current activities; Dining room transforming to ping - pong room and living room has the ability to turn into an extra sleeping space as the couch is extending into large bed.
As for furniture expenses, the main furnishing including the kitchen appliances shouldn't go over 7200 euros. Hope that's ok.
