Description

As per the requirement of the project, the apartment is fractioned into 4 new apartments/units, i.e. 3 - 1 BHK units and 1 - 2 BHK unit. The units are accessed from the lobby/hallway adjacent to the staircase. Due to design restrictions, the apartments are fractioned in such a way that each unit has different gross area and also every apartment has an attached balcony to it. It's been made sure that there are less possible demolition to be done to achieve the design. Except in Apartment 1, all the existing bathrooms have been used to fulfill the layout and avoid much demolition and reconstruction cost. The layout is presented with the furniture to understand the circulation of the space.
