I’ve done 2 solution each of this has 4 apartments.
The first solution has 4 apartments : 1 apartment with a living room and 3 bedrooms ( one double bedroom with toilet and 2 single bedrooms) and with another toilet.
3 other apartments with 1 living room and 1 dooble bedroom and toilet.
The current bathrooms are even in the new solution functional.
The second solution has 4 apartments: 2 apartments with a living room and 2 bedrooms ( one double bedroom and 1 single bedroom) and toilet.
The other 2 apartments are with with 1 living room and 1 dooble bedroom and toilet.
This solution the kitchen and bathrooms are more near each other, that means that the pipes are near each other and less expenses.
