Description

I have taken into consideration that you want to minimalize the demolition of any walls in the apartment, but to take full advantage of the space, and attain the layout you were describing, I highly advise you to open a door between the entrance and the kitchen. In my opinion, it’s worth doing to maximize the usage of the space.
The kitchen was enlarged by 80 cm down from the structural column, and an alcove was added to accommodate the washing machine tower. The door of the alcove will be hidden, as it will be covered by wood similar in design to the main wall.
As show in the renders, the main kitchen elevation will have a bar/breakfast area and an alcohol cabinet, so it adds charm to the desired space.
The entrance to the living space is accentuated by a wood cladding on the walls of both sides; one side is the alcove for the washing machine tower; on the other side, the cladding continues to the end of the room, covering the existing deviation and creating a hidden closet in the wall.
To allow all the space to profit from the view and the sunlight to reach deep inside, I did not create a separation between the living space and the dining area.
