Briefing

This is not a remodel project, it is more interior design project. We need help to design the disposition of the kitchen area, the living and dining area. We like modern style - 1. We need to optimize the kitchen area, since it has to have a column for washer & dryer as well, beside all the other appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove and refrigerator) - However, we also need enough cabinets for plates, glasses, pots & pans and cabinets for pantry (food). Until now, the only solution we got from the kitchen retailers, is that the at least one column (for example the one for the refrigerator) needs to stick out from the kitchen area, on the right side, beyond the alignment with the small wall on the left side. This solution provides a narrow frontal view of the kitchen that does not impress me. However, if they use only the U shape kitchen area, with the limits of the small wall o the left, they barely can fix all the appliances with no room left for food and dishes cabinets. Noted: the small wall on the left that divides the kitchen area, it is a supported wall so it cannot be removed. On the page "Attach pictures of your space" I attached pictures of the design of the kitchen chosen so far, so you can tell if that is, indeed, the best solution or you are able to come up with a better one. The brand of this kitchen design is Stosa, Model Inifinity. 2. For the living area, the base colors need to be White & Wood (darker wood like dark rovere/oak), since the bedroom and kitchen will have those colors as well). 2.1) we would like to have the table (possible round) next to the sliding patio doors, to enjoy the sea view while dining. 2.2) We also like the idea to mount porcelain/gres or wood on some walls to separate entertainment area from dining area, from seating/sofa area. 2.3) From the pictures you will see where the TV outlet is located. 2.4) BE CAREFUL with the 3 doors-window that open to the balcony: looking at the sea, the far left slides, instead the the far right door (only) swings, inside, so placing of the furniture need to consider this factor. I attached a picture where one of the two door is open so, you can see how it swings inside. 2.5) We would also like some additional suspended cabinets/furniture to store nicer dishes & glasses. 2.6) We would also like to avoid to break walls as much as possible, since it is a brand new apartment but we would not mind to re-paint walls with different colors if the proposed projects would suggest that. 2.7 If possible we would also like to have a small bar/breakfast area counter-top with high stools to keep the dining table for dining only.
