I want to renovate my apartment.
Plant currently has a classic 60s, with a long corridor where the rooms overlook and the living area at the bottom.
I need 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living area. Drains are placed on the south / west side. I would like a kitchen and adjacent to the dining room.
I’d rather keep the living area where it is now, to take advantage of fireplace this currently (maybe proportioning environment and turning it to the room) and the adjoining terrace. I want to use some of the furniture already in your home (all those present in the dining room, 2 to 4 meters in length wardrobes each, double bed) purchased recently.
I prefer light colors for the walls, and I would like the parquet floor (peraphs durmast) and the white interior doors (the windows have been replaced recently and are blank wood).
I prefer a modern/sober style (perhaps with the inclusion of some element of antique furniture).
Being a house built over 50 years ago, I replaced plumbing and electrical.
