Una volta entrati nell'appartamento ci troviamo all'interno della zona giorno, un open space di 39,4 mq, parzialmente ribassato in corrispondenza della zona d'ingresso. Al suo interno trovano posto sia il salotto che la zona pranzo, con cucina e relativa isola. Sulla sinistra si trova la porta che da accesso alla zona notte, la quale conduce ad un disimpegno collegato poi con le due camere e il servizio igienico principale. Inoltre è stato ricavato lo spazio per un nuovo servizio igienico a servizio della camera matrimoniale (15,5 mq), il quale dovrà verosimilmente essere dotato di "sanitrit". La seconda camera rispetta il limite di 12 mq richiesti avendo una superficie totale di 12,3 mq.

Once inside the apartment we get inside the living area, an open space of 39.4 s.m., partially lowered just in correspondence of the entrance area. Inside there are both the living room and the dining area, with kitchen and its island. On the left there is the door that gives access to the sleeping area, which leads us to a hallway then connected with the two bedrooms and the main toilet. Furthermore has been created enough space for a new toilet serving and linked to the double room (15.5 s.m.), which will probably be equipped with a "sanitrit". The second room respects the limit of 12 s.m. required having a total area of 12.3 s.m..
