In this project I tried to incorporate all of your ides and make them as functional as possible. The main rooms (living areas, bedrooms) are focused around the balcony entrances, so they have the best views. I assumed that the drawings you gave us are oriented in a way that north is facing upwards, so I based the layout on that factor as well. I placed the living areas on the south, so that they would have a lot of natural light during the day, that is in the time period that they are used the most. The sleeping areas are in the northern part, also beneficial because they would be the coolest part of the apartment, which is great for sleep. The listed factors make this kind of layout energy efficient and power sawing. As you will see, all of your furniture is placed in the project solution, in a way that creates modern open spaces that are pleasant to stay, and of course, in a way that suits the beautiful furniture that you have.
