Gentile Committente,seguendo le sue richieste e tenendo conto di alcuni vincoli , ho pensato di mantenere lo schema distributivo suggerito dal costruttore, apportando solo piccole modifiche, necessarie ad ottimizzare gli spazi, spostando leggermente alcune pareti, per nascondere il pilastri e per dare maggiore spazio ad alcuni ambienti che necessitavano di una superficie maggiore. Nella camera da letto ho ricavato, come richiesto, una cabina armadio è ho pensato di creare nello spazio ricavato tra il tramezzo e il pilastro una parete attrezzata dove alloggiare il televisore ed eventuali scomparti, utilizzabili anche come contenitori, opportunamente chiusi con ante. L’ ambiente cucina prevede una comoda distribuzione dei mobili ad elle ed un tavolo per i pranzi e le cene quotidiane , esattamente come nell’immagine da lei indicata. L’ingresso è stato lievemente modificato e reso autonomo dalla sala, mantenendo comunque la visuale della stessa attraverso una finestra, e in esso è stato creato un comodo armadio per i soprabiti , sacrificando parte del ripostiglio; sempre all’ingresso è previsto uno specchio e una serie di mensole. Il ripostiglio è stato eliminato completamente, consentendo la creazione dell’armadio d’ingresso e l’allargamento della camera per il ragazzo, dove è possibile inserire tutti i mobili già disponibili. La camera della bambina è stata arredata con un mobile a ponte ed è stato riutilizzato l’armadio cabina in suo possesso, integrandolo all’ambiente con l’ inserimento di simboli colorati da incollare, per renderlo più adatto ad una cameretta per bambini. Nella sala è stato inserito un tavolo allungabile per gli ospiti ( 8/12 posti), posto in prossimità della cucina, mentre la zona del salotto è posizionata vicino al balcone; nella sala vengono recuperati i mobili giorno e il divano in suo possesso, che attraverso l’ integrazioni di due poltrone e di una lampada trovano una nuova vita. I due bagni sono stati pensati con due stili diversi , uno più fresco e giovane , l’altro moderno e in linea con lo stile rappresentato nell’immagine da lei allegata , entrambi traggono spunto da collezioni proposte da ditte specializzate nel settore dei rivestimenti , la prima Marazzi , dalla collezione “ sapore moderno” , la seconda Ceramiche supergres dalla collezione “Nouveau”.

Dear Client, following his demands and taking into account certain constraints, I decided to keep the distribution pattern suggested by the manufacturer, making only minor changes, necessary to optimize space, slightly moving some walls, to hide the pillars and to give greater space in some environments, which required a greater surface. In the bedroom , as you required, I got a walk- in closet and I thought to create a wall equipped in the space between the partition and the pillar, where to stay the TV and some compartments that can also be used as containers, if properly closed with doors. L 'environment kitchen provides a convenient distribution of furniture L-shaped and a table for lunches and dinners of every day, exactly as in the picture shown from you.
The entrance has been slightly modified and made autonomous from the living room, while maintaining the view of the same through a window, and it was created a closet for coats, sacrificing part of the utility room ; always at the entrance it is provided a mirror and a series of shelves. The utility room has been completely eliminated, allowing the creation of entry closet and enlargement of the room for the boy, where you can place all the furniture already available.
The girl's room is furnished with a movable bridge and in it the walk- in closet in his possession is reused, integrating it in environment with the 'inclusion of colored symbols to be bonded, to make it more suitable for a children's bedroom. An extendable table for guests ( 8/12 seats) has been included in the living room , near the kitchen, while the living area is located near the balcony; the furniture day and the couch in his possession are inserted in the living room , where through the 'integration of two armchairs and a lamp have found a new life. The two bathrooms have been designed with two different styles, one fresher and younger, the other more modern and in line with the style shown in the image attached from you , both are inspired to collections offered by specialized companies in the coatings industry, Marazzi , the first , from the collection "modern taste", the second SUPERGRES Ceramics from the collection "Nouveau".
