L'ingresso dell'appartamento e' separato dal grande salone da una piccola parete. Un guardaroba, utile per ricoverare i cappotti, ci accompagna nella zona giorno. Il guardaroba alterna nicchie e ante, donando continuità e dinamicità alla parete, e svolge la funzione di porta d'ingresso allo studio. Questo dinamismo e' accentuato dai materiali scelti per il mobile, laminato/laccato chiaro per le ante e noce canaletto per le nicchie. Una serie di faretti ad incasso disposti nel ribassamento realizzato in cartongesso, illuminano e delineano lo spazio.
L'ariosa e luminosa zona giorno è stata realizzata abbattendo i muri divisori. Il primo ambiente in cui ci si imbatte è l'area pranzo caratterizzata da un'illuminazione sovrastante con velette nel quale inserire strip led e un lampadario sospeso centrale. Le finestre e i faretti incassati illuminano la cucina, nella quale si trovano un isola con il piano cottura, sotto a una cappa funzionale e dalle linee pulite e lineari, e un elemento a ponte in finitura noce canaletto con sgabelli. Attraverso la cucina è possibile accedere alla piccola lavanderia. Un'ampia vetrata con porta scorrevole conduce al salotto. Un bruciatore in bioetanolo e delle mensole trovano posto nell'elemento di cartongesso al centro della stanza. La parete con carta da parati incornicia un confortevole divano. La pavimentazione di questi ambienti è in parquet in rovere naturale, mentre nell'area della cucina è presente un pavimento in kerlite effetto cemento. I materiali e le finiture utilizzate rendono l'ambiente caldo e accogliente, ma allo stesso tempo contemporaneo.
L'accesso alla camera da letto è caratterizzato da una porta raso muro, quasi impercettibile agli occhi, che dona continuità alla parete, sia nel colore che nella forma. Il bagno della camera padronale è caratterizzato da un contrasto di colori e forme, tra grigio e bianco, tra onde e pietra. La vasca è stata sostituita da una grande doccia con ante in cristallo, e il lavello e' situato in un mobile con linee contemporanee.
La camera da letto è costituita da un'armadiatura ad incasso e da una parete in color sabbia che dona eleganza all'ambiente.
Il bagno ospiti, piccolo ma completo. Esso e' vicino allo studio, che può trasformarsi in una camera per gli ospiti, grazie all'arredo stesso che si può modificare e trasformare. L'accesso allo studio è diviso dal bagno ospiti da una porta scorrevole esterna che permette la privacy della camera.

The entrance to the apartment is separated from the large living room by a small wall. A wardrobe, very convenient to store coats, leads the way to the living area. The wardrobe alternates recesses and shutters, providing continuity and dynamism to the wall, and acts as an entry door to the study. This dynamism is accentuated by the materials chosen for the furniture: light laminated/lacquered wood for the shutters, and black walnut wood for the recesses. A series of spotlights in the false ceiling made of plasterboard illuminate and outline the space.
The spacious and luminous living area has been obtained by tearing down the dividing walls. The first setting that is encountered is the dining area, characterized by overhead lighting provided by a suspended chandelier and strip led inserted in a rib. Windows and recessed spotlights illuminate the kitchen, where we find a central island with the hob, under a functional hood with clean lines, and a bridge element with black walnut finishing with stools. Through the kitchen, it is possible to reach the small laundry room. A wide glass wall with a sliding door leads to the living room. A bioethanol burner and some shelves are located in the plasterboard element at the centre of the room. The wallpaper wall frames a comfortable sofa. The floor here is made of natural oak wooden floorboards, while in the kitchen there is a kerlite flooring. The materials and the finishing make the environment warm and comfortable, but at the same time contemporary.
The access to the bedroom is through a flush door, almost imperceptible to the eye, which gives continuity to the wall, both in the colour and in the shape. The main bathroom is characterised by a contrast between colours and shapes, between grey and white, waves and stones. The bath tub has been replaced by a shower with glass sides, and the sink is located in a piece of furniture with contemporary lines.
The bedroom is characterised by a recessed wardrobe, and by a sand coloured wall which donates elegance to the room.
The guests bathroom is small but fully equipped. It is close to the study, which can become a guests bedroom, thanks to the modifiable furnishing. The entrance to the study is separated from the bathroom by an external sliding door which provides the same privacy of a bedroom.
