The design is based on the following two key points: the intensity of the relief and the relationship between the interior and the exterior space.
Stone walls that work in some places as supporting walls, formulate the interior space of the residence. These walls define the open and semi-open spaces. The interior with its surroundings are in direct contact at almost every aspect of the residence.
Two gardens are formed, a private one in front of the bedrooms (at street level - Via Italia) and a public one facing the sea (at the ground floor level).
