Thank you for being able to participate in this interesting assignment! As you see from the provided plans your wishes are taken into consideration and the spaces, which I created are according to your needs - 2 apartments, 1 with one bedroom and the other with two bedrooms. The herringbone parquet is kept as well as the parquet in the other rooms. There are minimum new walls needing to be built to separate the rooms as you are going to see in the Plan with dimentions. One of the bathrooms was kept at its exact position, whereas the other one is attached to its wall for easier plumbing connection. At the position of the second bathroom I situate the kitchen in order to use the already existing water pipes. With this solution you have altogether efficiency,design and economically-friendly solution. I hope you enjoy it!
