This is Dhanashree Malusare. I am an interior designer. Have design you house as per requirement. I have split your plan in 2 holiday homes. There is living, dining and kitchenette in both the apartments. Bathrooms are in same location but have reduce size and moved fixtures and sanitary ware. Bedroom location is also the same. In one of the apartment i had manage to add small bedroom with bunk bed. Flooring is the same mahogany parquet that you could use. Hope i have able to fulfill all your needs for the space.
