Throughout the design process, The driving force and the most important criteria always stayed the same. I wanted to realize what you, the dear client, wanted from a house. Your thoughts and suggestions have been of utmost importance to the whole project. As far as the first floor is concerned, I've tried to orient the rooms to the north to catch the northern view, though this orientation proved less than ideal when conducting solar studies. thus the only viable option seemed to include additional openings to the east and the west on both of the bedrooms respectively. as for the requested second garage, it's also located to the north since there was already a second gate there. overall it was a very interesting and pleasant project to work on, and I sincerely hope that you will like it. best regards...
