Me and my team of architects took a long look on your requirements and after a challenging process concluded the project with success. As a big tarrace house, the propositions made by your previous architect about the space arangement is correct and you dont need to demolish or build new walls. In overall look your house will be decorated with a white.gray and some black color scheme. Most of the furnitures and finishes are to be found in your nearest local Ikea store or just be bought online at Ikea.it, and some other furnitures like bathrooms fixtures and finishes are found at Ipperceramica store which you can look online. The design style is easy and efficent, also creates the the modern and cozy effect for a family. The living room as you can see will be an open space with dinning and kitchen, and also connected with the tarrace wich you can use for dinning sightseeing and other amusements. The kitchen area we kept your original one and mixed it a bit with some other details, like hiding the green acid fridge inside a kitchen shelf and adding a kitchen isle. Even though this is optional we highly recommend you for this details. The bedrooms and bathrooms are connected by a hall. The style in the master bedroom and one of the kids room is decorated with Ikea furniture and kept in light colored scheme. The infant room has some details that fit your kid age but you should consider that it will be used by a grown kid in a couple of years. The bathrooms and decorated with Ipperceramica furnitures and are in a gray and white color scheme. The light solution is simple just order the furnitures we suggest and use them with a LED Bulb you can shop at Ikea Store with 400-600 Lumen. We hope you enjoy this project and put it to good use!
Ps: Since you updated your outer walls we didn't have the amount of time to render a new image of a section of the living area,but it is nearly unimportant considering the plan and the actual render still shows the idea and concept of the decorated living room area.
