Thank you for the opportunity to redesign your vacation retreat.
I proposed two alternative layout designs. Both designs have open kitchen layout design concept for integrating living and kitchen. I make entrance and hall to be a place for different storages. I proposed glass partition and glass door from hall to the living room so that the air conditioner will not leaked to the hall. I designed pellet fireplace next to the television and small desk. I also proposed hanging wood shelves above the television and small desk. For the design concept, I made as simple as possible since it is an Air bnb, the interior style can be cusomized to the needs of the tenant or owners. I tried to mix the wood material texture with greyish stone for kitchen backflash, white wall paint, and black metal and glass. In the alternative 1 design, I put space for drying ski clothes in the entrance area.
In the alternative 2 design, I propsed bigger room for drying ski clothes which is next to the bathroom. The single bedroom is slightly bigger than alternative one, and double bedroom is slightly smaller than alternative 1.
