La cocina esta dotada de fregadero, cocina vitroceramica, horno, campana estractora y en su extremo tenemos un armario despensa y un frigorÃfico forrado de madera.
Toda la zona de dÃa se reviste de paneles de madera, tanto las paredes como el techo y los suelos, integrando los diferentes espacios en uno.
La zona de noche se compone de dos baños y dos habitaciones. En esta zona se proponen dos opciones diferentes.
La principal diferencia entre estas opciones es el diseño de la habitación principal. En la opción 1 se plantean los armarios dispuestos al rededor del cabecero de la cama de matrimonio, asà como la puerta de acceso. De esta manera se consigue un plano lineal de madera que es el protagonista de esta estancia, a nivel de diseño, además de maximizar el almacenamiento y el espacio libre de la habitación. La habitación principal da acceso a un baño privado equipado con inodoro, lavabo y ducha.
La opción 2 se diferencia por disponer de una cama con un cabecero iluminado empotrado en el plano de la pared. El armario empotrado se dispone en la zona izquierda de la cama, asà como la puerta que da acceso al baño de esta habitación.
The project is divided into night and day zones. The grouping of these areas allows the extension of the space destined to the kitchen, dining room and living room, thus fulfilling the main objective proposed by the client.
The access to the house is in the day area, it is equipped with a built-in wardrobe on the left side, for the storage of the ski equipment. The day area is arranged so that in front of the new fireplace (located in the same place as the current one) is the living area followed by the dining area. Both areas enjoy natural light through the windows and doors of the balcony. On the other side of the room we have the kitchen, which is linear and open.
The living room is distributed in such a way that the two sofas are facing the fireplace which has a TV in its upper part.
The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a vitroceramic stove, an oven, a extractor hood and at its end we have a pantry cupboard and a fridge lined with wood.
The entire day area is covered with wooden panels, both the walls and the ceiling and floors, integrating the different spaces into one.
The night area has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. In this area two different options are proposed.
The main difference between these options is the design of the main room. In option 1, the wardrobes are arranged around the headboard of the double bed, as well as the access door. In this way, a linear wooden plane is achieved which is the protagonist of this room, on a design level, as well as maximising storage and free space in the room. The main room gives access to a private bathroom equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower.
Option 2 is different because it has a bed with an illuminated headboard embedded in the wall plan. The built-in wardrobe is located on the left side of the bed, as well as the door that gives access to the bathroom in this room.
The second room has its access through two built-in wardrobes, increasing the storage space. So it can be divided into a storage area and a sleeping area. The sleeping area is equipped with a bunk bed.
In front of the second room we have the second bathroom, this bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.
The night area, as well as the day area is proposed to be lined with wood, giving integrity to the whole.
Il progetto è suddiviso in zone diurne e notturne. Il raggruppamento di queste aree permette di ampliare lo spazio destinato alla cucina, alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno, realizzando così l'obiettivo principale proposto dal cliente.
L'accesso alla casa è nella zona giorno, è dotata di un armadio a muro sul lato sinistro, per il deposito dell'attrezzatura da sci. La zona giorno è disposta in modo che davanti al nuovo camino (situato nello stesso posto di quello attuale) si trovi la zona giorno seguita dalla zona pranzo. Entrambe le aree godono di luce naturale attraverso le finestre e le porte del balcone. Dall'altro lato della stanza abbiamo la cucina, che è lineare e aperta.
Il soggiorno è distribuito in modo tale che i due divani sono rivolti verso il camino che ha un televisore nella parte superiore.
La cucina è dotata di lavello, piano cottura in vetroceramica, forno, cappa aspirante e alla sua estremità abbiamo un mobile dispensa e un frigorifero rivestito in legno.
L'intera area diurna è coperta da pannelli di legno, sia le pareti che il soffitto e i pavimenti, integrando i diversi spazi in uno solo.
La zona notte ha due bagni e due camere da letto. In questo settore vengono proposte due diverse opzioni.
La differenza principale tra queste opzioni è il design della sala principale. Nell'opzione 1, gli armadi sono disposti attorno alla testiera del letto matrimoniale, così come la porta d'accesso. In questo modo si ottiene un piano lineare in legno che è il protagonista di questa stanza, a livello di design, oltre a massimizzare lo stoccaggio e lo spazio libero nella stanza. La camera principale dà accesso ad un bagno privato dotato di wc, lavabo e doccia.
La seconda stanza ha l'accesso attraverso due armadi a muro, aumentando lo spazio di archiviazione. In questo modo può essere diviso in un deposito e in una zona notte. La zona notte è dotata di un letto a castello.
Di fronte alla seconda camera abbiamo il secondo bagno, questo bagno è dotato di WC, doccia e lavabo.
La zona notte, così come la zona giorno si propone di essere rivestita in legno, dando integrità all'insieme.
