Project description:

For this modification, I propose to keep the layout structure of the current house, only a small modified to make the most usage of the space.

1. I propose having a foyer in front when entering the house to make the space inside more private. In this area, we have a console for decoration. On the right is a cabinet for keeping shoes and coat.

2. The wall between the kitchen and living room was demolished to have one big common space, that includes the living room, dining room, kitchen bar and kitchen. I have proposed to relocate a bit the fireplace to make the use of it. If you choose to use a gas fireplace, we can cancel the chimney. Otherwise, if you choose to have a wood burn one, we can keep the chimney as the new location is abject to the old fireplace. We have a TV and a place for your jewellery hobbies along this wall.

3. We have a small space for laundry behind the foyer, which closes to the current bathroom to make it easy to install plumping.

4. I have arranged 2 bedrooms (one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and one double bedroom). These two bedrooms have an area larger than 14 m2. A shared bathroom at the same previous location with a bit re-rearranged.

5. For the ground floor, I propose to enlarge a bit the bathroom for more functional and rearrange the space to have a living room, kitchen and island, and a bedroom for guest.
