Description

Our proposal is based on simplicity, functionality, and feasibility, keeping in mind the restrictions of natural lighting and plumbing.
The layout is planned in three zones maximising natural light in spaces, with the use of transparent partitions and furniture (security glass/ acrylic).
Entering from the main entrance there is a wardrobe for coats. The living room (lounge and dining area) is the centre of attention dominating the space. In the lounge area there is a big entertainment wall (with built in TV), that hides auxiliary spaces.
The study room oversees the living room through a glass partition for natural light.
The kitchen is designed as a big island with drawers on both sides, a wall with built-in appliances, and a breakfast area.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a big closet, and a make-up desk with a suspended mirror and TV.
The children's bedrooms have ample space for playing and feature house-like beds.
The geusts' WC is behind the entertainment wall for easy access.
All bathrooms are placed where current plumbing pipes are.
We hope you will enjoy it!
