i have to restructure a small apartment 50mq , i prefer modern and elegant rooms.
i love colours and lights that create a relaxing and bright atmosphere ( my favourite colors are pale grey, white,pale wood, and unlike dark brown color).
As it is a small flat i need to optimize the space but in the same time i would like to give a very good impress.
I like a modern kitchen with peninsula or island.
All the doors and windows must be changed.
Also i like to have somewhere a little area with wall of stone with spothlight (led).
If necessary you can change disposition of the inside walls.
In the bathroom i need a space with laundry/washing machine and a big and nice shower .
In the bedroom i would appreciate a walk-in closet.
On the floor the tiles must be clear parquet or clear and elegant gres.
