Anche lo spazio piccolo può diventare enorme e abitabile, se tutti gli spazi a disposizione vengono utilizzati al massimo del loro potenziale: per questo motivo la distribuzione degli arredi e i tramezzi stessi sono stati concepiti in legno e su misura, atti ad accogliere diverse e personalizzabili funzioni a seconda delle esigenze.
I divisori non toccano mai il soffitto, lasciando spazio a delle lastre di vetro che non interrompono lo sguardo e che fanno filtrare la luce da una stanza all'altra - anche laddove quella naturale non arriva, come il disimpegno. Anche la camera da letto, di cui parleremo in dettaglio più avanti, è in continua comunicazione con il resto dell'appartamento, garantendo luminosità da entrambe le parti - e, quando necessario, facilmente oscurabile da tende a rullo.
L'ingresso non si apre direttamente sulla zona giorno, ma su un'area "cuscinetto" e di servizio che consta di guardaroba e scarpiera, per la Committenza e per i loro ospiti, e un piccolo ripostiglio - il tutto ricavato sotto il soppalco della camera da letto.
A sinistra l'area giorno è un unico open-space, ma formalmente ben diviso in cucina e pranzo/conversazione: la prima, piccola e dotata di tutti i comfort (compresa un'ampia dispensa), è posta su una pedana, che la divide dal resto della sala; tale pedana non solo delinea due spazi diversi, ma si trasforma anche in panca laddove si posizionerà un tavolo allungabile e in base per la grande libreria a muro sulla parete del caminetto - anch'esso trasformato in libreria e perfettamente integrato nel disegno. Al fine di ospitare più persone (e più funzioni), anche il divano a tre posti è pensato su misura: la spalliera, infatti, è anche un comodo tavolino che può ospitare fino ad altre tre persone e, se si conta anche la lunghezza della panca, la stanza si può trasformare in una piccola sala cinema.
Il bagno, ampliato come da richiesta, è dotato di tutti i pezzi igienico-sanitari richiesti e ospita una generosa doccia walk-in e un bel piano lavabo: quest'ultimo si trasforma in appendi-asciugamani laddove entra nella doccia e, nello stesso punto, il mobile pensile al di sopra nasconde uno stenditoio pieghevole che gocciola direttamente in doccia.
Infine la camera da letto che, come accennato, si sviluppa attorno al soppalco del letto, su misura: al di sopra, un matrimoniale che guarda verso la sala, un’eventuale televisione e al resto della stanza, e alla quale si accede tramite una scala “contenitore” (ogni gradino, infatti, è apribile o dalla pedata o da terra) e che diventa anche scrittoio; al di sotto ospita, invece, un ampio guardaroba estraibile e vari ripiani.
Le finiture optano verso il colore naturale e caldo del legno di rovere e al bianco, per ingrandire lo spazio e far rimbalzare la luce; c’è solo un tocco di elegante nero in cucina: lo scaffale a vista diventa una striscia che dal gradino della pedana gira per tutta la stanza fino al mobile della tv. Le due pareti principali sono coperte da carta da parati beige, simile al rovere, e dalla fantasia “naturale” - il cui tema può essere eventualmente ripreso abbellendo gli spazi con tante piante da indoor e qualche tocco di verde. Il pavimento è in parquet industriale, ben più resistente e visivamente interessante rispetto a quello comunemente utilizzato – e appropriato anche in bagno: qui viene proposto il “Rovere Opale”, molto chiaro, ma per effetti più interessanti si consiglia anche un Rovere Selenite.

Even the smallest space can become huge and liveable, if all the available spaces are used to their full potential: for this reason the distribution of the furniture and the partitions themselves have been designed in wood and custom-made, able to accommodate different and customizable functions according to the requirements.
The walls never touch the ceiling, leaving space for glass sheets that do not interrupt the gaze and allow light to pass from one room to another - even where the natural one does not arrive, like the little hallway. Even the bedroom, which we will discuss in detail later, is in continuous communication with the rest of the apartment, guaranteeing brightness on both sides - and, when necessary, easily obscurable by roller blinds.
The entrance does not open directly onto the living area, but over a "buffer" and service area consisting of a wardrobe and a shoe rack, for the Client and their guests, and a small storage room - all built under the mezzanine of the bedroom.
On the left the living area is a single open space, but formally well divided into the kitchen and dining/conversation area: the first, small and equipped with all comforts (including a large pantry), is placed on a platform, which divides it from the rest of the room; this platform not only outlines two different spaces, but also it transforms into a bench, where an extending table will be placed, and the base of the large wall bookcase on the wall of the fireplace - also transformed into a bookcase and perfectly integrated into the design. In order to accommodate more people (and more functions), the three-seater sofa is also tailor-made: the backrest, in fact, is also a comfortable table that can accommodate up to three other people and, if you count the length of the bench, the area can be turned into a small cinema hall.
The bathroom, expanded as requested, is equipped with all the sanitary items required and houses a generous walk-in shower and a beautiful washbasin top: the latter is transformed into towel hangers where it enters the shower and, in the same spot, the wall unit above hides a folding drying rack that drips directly into the shower.
Finally, the bedroom that, as mentioned, develops around the mezzanine of the bed, tailored-made: above, a double bed that looks towards the room, a possible television and the rest of the room, and which is accessed through a "container" ladder (each step, in fact, can be opened either from the tread or from the ground) and which also becomes a writing desk; below, instead, there is a large pull-out wardrobe and several shelves.
The finishes opt for the natural and warm color of oak and white wood, to enlarge the space and make the light bounce; there is only a touch of elegant black in the kitchen: the exposed shelf becomes a strip that from the step of the platform runs throughout the room to the TV cabinet. The two main walls are covered with beige wallpaper, similar to oak, and with a "natural" fantasy - whose theme can possibly be taken up by embellishing the spaces with lots of indoor plants and a few touches of green. The floor is made of industrial parquet, much more resistant and visually interesting than the one commonly used - and also appropriate in the bathroom: here it is proposed the "Opal Oak", very clear, but for more interesting effects we also recommend a Selenite Oak.
