The project includes, as requested by the client, a new interior design of this apartment and a refresh of any rooms. Our proposal creates a environment fresh, airy, warm and bright at the same time. The look planned for the interior is classic but with a touch of modernity that defines the space and highlights the characteristics of each environment.

Ground floor
The input is designed so as to divide functionally the various flows of the house. To the south it leads to the sleeping area, which includes the bed guestroom and the room of grandmother. The first was derived from the garage and has bathroom and private entrance, as well as the room used to her grandmother in which you added a glass door that connects directly to the outside. The space between the two rooms is bound to servitude. A small guest bathroom complete the southern area of the house.
To the north you enter the living room through a hallway containing the small room of the Pooja. The central part of the house consists with the family dining that through a wall equipped with hallway, form a corridor leading to the rooms. We thought to make bright and warm the environment with the inclusion of classic and design furnishings at the same time to characterize the space. The dark wood floor contrasts the warm colors of the walls and the windows are made of white wood to increase the brightness of the room. On the north side, the kitchen has a new access to the covered patio and a 'large storage area available.
The living area is divided by a wall in the family room with wallpaper and two large glass doors that contribute most to illuminate this room. The glass that facing the street provides a bench / window in the French style.

First floor
The first floor has been modified according to the new family needs. The Bedroom3 has been extended on the terrace to the east and became the children's room, a relaxing, comfortable and colorful environment. Is provided a room available with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
The Family Room is designed to obtain relaxation for the family with large sofas and a wall of wooden shelves with tv. From this room you can also access to the west terrace. The Master Bedroom includes new window door to the terrace, a large walk-in closet and a comfortable bathroom.
The Bedroom2 is extended also to the terrace to the east to allow at the family to take a cup of tea and enjoy the sunny days outdoors. The room consists of children's play area with adjoining closets, a relaxing sofa and a home office workstation available to parents.
