Hello!
Based on what you described I designed an office inspired by the mixutre of a Gallery art and a Luxury hotel, I belive that less is more so the floor plan is simple to maxime the construction cost and I left a big lobby like a hotel, all the windows are free so everyone on street can see the inside with the bike and the art and feel atracted to get in.
In the outside I designed a lounge area and a couple of tables so people can decide to wait outside or inside as they prefer, this spaces also allow you to have conversation with them on the outside as sometimes people like to be outside, I designed a kids area with a little playground so kids can be in their own space allowing the parents to have a nice conversation, also on the left there´s enough space for the cars of the boss.
On the inside we have the lobby, a free space but very attractive and elegant to make you feel like in a hotel, on the right we have a waiting area and a green wall were you can put some nice art, on the left we hace a smart station wtih a flat screen so you can present something quick for your potetial clients also you can add more privacy to this space by closing a courtain.
Then we have the working area for 3 people, you could easily have 4 stations if you want too, each of them have a big desk so they can work confortably, on the right we have a meeting room for 8 people and behind the flat screen I added an acoustic panel on that wall so you can recive less noise from the lobby and the waiting room and on the left we have the studio for the boss with some millwork on the back were he can showoff some amazing pieces of art and he also has a tall table in front of a flat screen so he can have a more personal meeting with some clients.
On the back we have the coffe station, I left it on the back so you can control what happens there and not everyone can just take things from there, hidden in the left and on the right you have a archive closet which you can just fill it up with all your paperwork and no one can see them, also I designed this wall covered with wood so we can have the doors hidden while maintaining this elegant atmophere.
