The main objective of the project is to create a home-like inviting and prestigious atmosphere with a luxurious vibe. The interior spaces have been carefully designed to maximize floor usage and ensure smooth circulation. To maintain a cozy and familiar ambiance, a natural and neutral material palette has been chosen giving the priority to warm wood textures, with vibrant metal accents adding a touch of flair that aligns with the brand identity of the BELLOTTI.
The bright and visually appealing interior welcomes visitors, guiding them towards the reception area or the adjacent smart station, or inviting them to relax in the waiting lounge adorned with lush green wall decoration. The owner's office is positioned to the right of the reception, featuring a private lounge and study desk. A striking centerpiece, a motorcycle, is artfully displayed on a natural pebble underlay, illuminated by spotlights to capture the attention of passersby. The office layout also allows the owner to have a clear view of the employee workstations, encouraging direct communication for any requests. Adjacent to the workstations and visitor lounge area, a spacious 8-person conference room offers a private setting for discussions and exchanging opinions. It also provides the freedom to talk with the Real Estate Agents regarding their requirements, while the play zone opens for children allowing parents and guardians to keep an eye on them whenever necessary without being disturbed in their discussions.
