My proposal is minimum reconstruct of the layout. Only need to cancel the walls between room 4 and 5, room 5 and 6 to turn this area into 2 rooms, room 4a, and room 5a (you can see them in the map), while keep all the room 1,2 and 3 as initial. Room 3 is a shared kitchen. I also have 2 option for the room 5a, one has a private kitchen, another has a walkin closet.
