La soluzione di progetto proposta prevede il minimo lavoro e risponde ad una duplice esigenza: ricavare un’altra camera da letto e ingrandire la zona living.
Viene demolito il muro che attualmente divide la cucina dal soggiorno, creando un ambiente unico (open-space) grande e luminoso, grazie alla presenza delle due finestre.
Si mantiene la posizione dell’attuale cucina e si ipotizza di separare le due aree (cooking-relax) con un mobile “filtro” progettato ad hoc che da un lato permette di poggiare libri e oggetti sui ripiani e, dall’altro fa da contenitore e bancone per la prima colazione, con gli appositi sgabelli.
Per ottenere la terza camera viene creato un disimpegno, come prolungamento dell’ingresso, con una nicchia a tutta altezza in cui è alloggiato l’appendiabiti a muro, chiuso da pannelli scorrevoli (finitura dipinta o a specchio) e la porta, nascosta, della camera.
In questo modo si lasciano invariati gli altri ambienti (camera- bagni e corridoio), con un vantaggio anche in termini di economicità.

The project solution involves minimal work and responds to a double need: get another bedroom and larger living area.
Is demolished the wall that currently divides the kitchen from the living room, creating a unique open-space large and bright, thanks to the presence of the two windows.
It maintains the position of the kitchen and is assumed to separate the two areas (cooking-relax) with a mobile "filter" ad hoc designed that on the one hand allows to rest books and objects on the shelves and, on the other hand as a container and the counter for breakfast, with the appropriate stools.
To get the third bedroom creates a hallway, as an extension of the entrance, with a niche full height which houses the wall hanger, closed by sliding panels (painted finish or mirror) and the door hidden of the room .
This will leave unchanged the other spaces (room- bathrooms and hallway), with an advantage in terms of cost.
