For the implementation of the "Acqua Verde Apt" project, the main objective was to design a dynamic and functional environment while trying to change the initial distribution of the interior walls as little as possible. The living area provides an interior space that does not
directly overlook the living area, which begins with the TV station and sofa. The kitchen then provides a dining room and a double opening.
The sleeping area provides two rooms, a master bedroom and a small room. The master bedroom is created from the pre-existing
partitions. Both bedrooms provide storage space with a closet. The bathroom area is arranged to accommodate a "walk-in" shower a sink
and a space to be able to insert a washing machine. Both the bathroom and kitchen were arranged in this way to allow for no intervention on the kitchen flooring, and both rooms are functional in terms of plumbing and ventilation.
The small bedroom was designed for it to have an opening and it has three different solutions; As for the material aspect, the materials are low-cost; the palette is neutral to be enriched with colors in the furniture (carpets, curtains, blankets, pictures, pillows etc).
