I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I made my design goal to create a house with functional spaces and rooms.
I placed the bathroom in a place that is close to the sewage drain pipe, the kitchen area is a little far from the sewage discharge point, that's why I suggest using a water pump (sanivite) to drain the kitchen sewage (according to the sample photo sent).
Due to the limitation in the size of the apartment and the need to create functional rooms with standard dimensions, I predicted the location of the washing machine on the terrace.
I chose furniture from the IKEA brand.
I used bright colors to design the house and used wood to create a feeling of warmth and nature in the house.
