Description

Dear client,
We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We made the creation of open, functional, bright and accessible spaces the main goal of our design.
We assumed the living room/kitchen to be an open space.
We put the kitchen in a place that, while being close to the previous kitchen (because of the drain, etc.), has good access to the entrance, living room, and dining room.
We placed the dining table in one of the brightest parts of the living room, which also has access to the balcony next to the house.
We planned the TV wall in a place that can be seen from all parts of the living room/kitchen.
We separated the daytime part of the house (living room, etc.) and the night part of the house (bedrooms, etc.) by a hidden sliding door.
We created a new wall next to the vertical sewer pipe (on the side of the current bathroom) so that we could connect the guest bathroom sewer pipe from the inside of the wall to the existing vertical pipe.
We put the master bedroom in a place that has direct access to the terrace, we also considered a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for the master bedroom.
We arranged the terrace in such a way that all parts have a direct and unobstructed view of the 'Basilica of San Gaudenzio'.
We placed the kitchen and terrace shower near the private bathroom (to be close to the water and sewer pipes).
Hope you like our design.
