We tried to create a complete house with all the facilities even if it is small.
At first, we slightly modified the dimensions and location of the bathroom door.
We considered a roof over the bathroom and hallway and turned it into a mezzanine for sleeping.
We considered a shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom and placed the washing machine under the mezzanine stairs to make the bathroom space bigger.
There is a place next to the sink and above the washing machine where a water heater can be installed.
At the entrance of the house, we placed a wardrobe and next to it we planned a small gas stove with a sink. We tried to keep the location of the kitchen and bathroom fixed so that the cost of running water pipes is lower.
We considered two counter chairs for eating.
We considered a two-seater sofa (180 cm) for sitting, and if you want, you can use a sofa bed instead. In this case, it is possible to rent the house for a family of up to 4 people, and for those who do not want to use the mezzanine, it is possible to use a sofa bed.
We considered the height of the first floor to be 210 cm, which can be increased to 220 cm in case of violation of the rules.
