I designed a practical plan based on your wanted items. Now you have an open space kitchen and dining that is well integrated with the outside space.
The bedrooms are big enough and the bathroom has the best function. Also the washing machine was given there in the right way.
The basement has multifunctional plan and it’s isolated in terms of smells by adding anti area. And in terms of noise by adding a few insulation on partitional wall.
