Hi, Dear client i am really excited to submit the project and enjoyed it while designing. Design of the project is based on flow and connection with spaces. While designing apartment was divided into two spaces namely private and public. To have flow in kitchen,dining and living are placed in linear position. Master bed, two bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of public space. These spaces are connected by small corridor. Horizontal rectangle plan is divided in two to avoid wastage of space in corridor. Original plan had 3 bedrooms, storage,living and kitchen. In design I wanted to keep the old spaces with rearrangement and better area. Hence, Kitchen is shifted to bedroom near living room to keep the living room, dining flow with kitchen. Connectivity is developed through linear arrangement of the spaces. Master bedroom is given at the space of kitchen with eliminating outside WC. This created a niche for bed to put with accent background to highlight the area. Master bathroom is kept on old place only with increased width to occupy walk in closet. Master bathroom with walk-in closet is placed near the entrance with bathroom window opening in closed balcony. In closed balcony small plants are provided near bathroom window. Bathroom window with low sill level to enjoy garden and it will give close to nature vibes. Storage closet near kitchen at end of the corridor is converted into bathroom. by removing odd wall near the entrance space for guest toilet is formed. Also guest toilet is near master bath considering plumbing part. It is placed such that privacy of the inner rooms intact. The other two rooms are kept as it is to avoid unnecessary demolition and also they have good floor area. kitchen have big storage space and pantry as per clients needs. also near common bathroom washer dryer space along with storage closet is provided. Also original plan had storage at end of corridor so another storage closet is provided behind guest toilet.
