Description

Dear customer,

It was with great pleasure that I developed this project.
I tried to meet all your premises, and I think I managed to develop a good job.

The basic concept of this project was to return the space to its original form and then start the work.

The flat is developed in 3 distinct spaces. The social space where the living room and the kitchen are inserted in open space, with a distribution module where the bathroom and a small wardrobe are inserted, as well as a corner fireplace.

In the more private space of the flat are the two bedrooms, both with private bathroom and a small space to study with a bookcase designed for that purpose.

Outside there is a living area and a small winter garden where you can have some meals, as well as a space to develop an urban vegetable garden.

The materials chosen also seek to return to the origins of this flat, with materials with very natural chromatic tones. I chose a sand coloured microcement for the pavement of the social areas and for the exterior of the winter garden. The teak wood was chosen for this communion and complicity.

All the materials and furniture were chosen with the purpose of making the living of this flat as homogeneous as possible.

The bed for the child's room was also designed while I was developing the project.

I hope you enjoy it and I am at your disposal to answer any questions you may have.

Kind regards,

Ricardo Nunes
