Il progetto riguarda la ristrutturazione la fusione di due appartamenti adiacenti e la ristrutturazione totale al fine di ottenere una nuova distribuzione degli spazi interni.
Con la ristrutturazione rimane un solo ingresso, quello indicato con interno 24. Per il secondo ingresso, da lasciare visibile dal pianerottolo esterno, si è prevista una parete in cartongesso e la nicchia ricavata può essere usata come libreria.
Nel progetto è prevista la demolizione dei tramezzi dei due appartamenti e l'apertura e/o spostamento di passaggi nelle murature poetanti
Per la nuova distribuzione vengono proposte due soluzioni
Soluzione A
La zona giorno viene realizzata nell'appartamento più grande e la zona notte nell'appartamento più piccolo.
Per collegare i due appartamenti è prevista l'apertura di una porta nella parete confinante.
Vengono realizzati due bagni uno nella zona giorno e uno nella zona notte. Entrando ci troviamo nel soggiorno e zona pranzo da dove si accede alla cucina abitabile, e alla terrazza. Nella stanza dove attualmente e situata la camera della bambina viene realizzato un antibagno e la zona lavanderia/ripostiglio. Nella parete adiacente alla terrazza è da realizzare una porta così da avere l'accesso alla terrazza. Dove attualmente vi è la cucina viene realizzato lo studio, dove posizionare una comoda libreria.
Nella zona giorno il bagno viene ricavato ampliando quello già esistente e l'accesso è spostato nell'antibagno.
Nella zona notte sono realizzate tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale con cabina armadio e due singole. Il bagno rimane nella stessa posizione, così da non avere problemi con gli scarichi.
Per la terrazza viene proposta una struttura in alluminio dotata di copertura con lame frangisole orientabili e retraibili.
Soluzione B
La zona giorno viene realizzata nell'appartamento più grande e la zona notte nell'appartamento più piccolo.
Per collegare i due appartamenti è prevista l'apertura di una porta nella parete confinante.
Vengono realizzati due bagni uno nella zona giorno e uno nella zona notte.
La zona giorno è composta da soggiorno, cucina, pranzo, bagno, lavanderia e ripostiglio. La zona notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale, due camere singole e un bagno. Lo studio, come nella soluzione A è realizzato nell'attuale cucina dell'appartamento più grande. Dal soggiorno si accede alla cucina e da qui nella zona pranzo. Un disimpegno divide il soggiorno dal bagno e dalla lavanderia.
Nella zona giorno il bagno viene ricavato ampliando quello già esistente e l'accesso è spostato nell'antibagno.
Per la terrazza viene proposta una struttura in alluminio dotata di copertura con lame frangisole orientabili e retraibili.

Two solutions are proposed for the new distribution
Solution A
The living area is created in the larger apartment and the sleeping area in the smaller apartment.
To connect the two apartments, a door is opened in the adjoining wall.
Two bathrooms are created, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area. Upon entering we find ourselves in the living room and dining area from where you enter the eat-in kitchen, and the terrace. In the room where the child's room is currently located, an anteroom and a laundry / closet area are created. In the wall adjacent to the terrace, a door has to be built in order to have access to the terrace. Where there is currently the kitchen, the study is created, where a comfortable bookcase can be placed.
In the living area the bathroom is obtained by expanding the existing one and the access is moved to the anteroom.
In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, one double with walk-in closet and two singles. The bathroom remains in the same position, so as not to have problems with drains.
For the terrace, an aluminum structure is offered with a roof with adjustable and retractable sunshade blades.
Solution B

A hallway divides the living room from the bathroom and the laundry room.
