Thank you for your interested on our office refurbish project that in our warehouse . We would like to refurbish our office on the coming years . we have ground floor office and 1st floor office . At the moment , Ground floor office is sitting 4 persons logistic operation staff and 1 warehouse manager and our spare part area . 1st floor is our sales & marketing department (Current have 4 head count – will expand to 6~8), account department (Current have 5 head count – will expand to 6~7), HR manager office(1 pax) & Sales manager office (1 pax).
Our requirement for our office ;
-Modern , young , motivation and open concept with small private area
-Account department need a enclose section that don’t allow anyone simple enter their department as they have a lot private and confidential documents . ( Just don’t allow someone easy access in but we are ok with glass partition
-All department have a lot of documents and files to keep especially account department – we need more storage space to keep file n make it look tidy
-Marketing department need a open space for work on their laptop , discussion , training and a lot of storage also for their products samples (We are doing bath & kitchen business ) , I suggest design a multi function open space can allow for work , meeting ,training , brain storm section .. As sales & marketing people only use the office space at the morning section for few hours and after 10am they will leave office to meet client for whole day .
-Salas manager need a private room as he need to meet client in his office and need a 2+1 or 2+2 small sofa setting in his office for client discussion
-Currently we have a big file room as the floor plan stated , So I not sure do we need to move it .
-We need a small discussion or meeting room can sit for 3~4 person for interview section or some P&C discussion
-We need a new pantry -small kitchen for some break -!
– we want to have one entrance for 1st floor office instead of 2 entrance that what we having now .
