Analyzing the space to be modified, I think at the real use of all the areas and the chimney occupied a lot without having the main function of heating. So I decided to remove it and change the floor in view of a complete stylistic renewal. I chose a floor that recalls the shade of the staircase that I leave what it is, as, in my opinion, a valid structural element. The wall cladding with different shades and textures offers a contrast not too bright with the floor, but gives that rustic effect that was requested by the customer.
The shades I play with are mostly wood species (even dark) combined with light colors or paintings that touch the ivory and off-white shades.
The total cost of buying new furnishings is around € 10,000.
I did not want to reach the maximum spending limit, considering that inside the total there are also the demolition works of fireplace and flooring, reconstruction of the floor and application of the wall inserts.

Analizzando lo spazio da modificare, ho tenuto conto del reale utilizzo di tutte le aree e il camino occupava molto senza avere la funzione principale di riscaldare. Ho deciso per tanto di toglierlo e di cambiare il pavimento in vista di un rinnovo stilistico completo. Ho scelto un pavimento che ricorda il motivo e il colore della scala che lascio quella che è, in quanto, a mio parere, un valido elemento strutturale. Il rivestimento murario con tonalità e texture diverse offre un contrasto non troppo acceso con il pavimento, ma dona quell'effetto rustico che è stato richiesto dal cliente.
Le tonalità con cui gioco sono per la maggiorparte essenze legnose (anche scure) abbinate a pitture o tessuti chiari che toccano le tonalità avorio e bianco sporco.
La spesa totale dell'acquisto dei nuovi arredi si aggira intorno ai 10.000€.
Non ho voluto raggiungere il limite massimo di spesa, considerando che all'interno del totale sono presenti anche le opere di demolizione camino e pavimento, rifacmento del pavimento e applicazione degli inserti murari.
