Per la realizzazione del progetto di restauro della casa si è pensato di realizzare un progetto moderno con spazi utilizzati alla massima e particolare cura per l'illuminazione di qualsiasi spazio della casa. La villa dovrebbe essere strutturata su 2 piani. e ci sarà una comunicazione tra esterno e interno. ci sarà un cortile anteriore e un cortile. L'ingresso alla villa sarà parzialmente aperto con una porta per le persone e una per l'auto. Il cortile anteriore sarà una parte molto importante della villa dove metà sarà usata come parcheggio per l'auto e il resto sarà verde e avrà una zona lounge e una zona pranzo dove la famiglia potrà trascorrere del tempo in presenza di amici e membri della famiglia. La facciata della villa sarà caratterizzata da ampie vetrate che rifletteranno la luce in tutto l'interno. La zona giorno sarà un open space con la zona lounge trattata ad un'altezza del soffitto di 2 piani. La zona lounge avrà un comodo divano e 3 poltrone orientate verso la parete del camino e TV. La cucina sarà ad L con isola e panche, davanti alla cucina ci sarà un tavolo da pranzo e una zona relax per la lettura. Ci sarà una toilette con bagno in modo che possa essere utilizzata da più persone alla volta. Separato da una porta ci sarà un corridoio che conduce al cortile e all'area degli uffici. che sarà separata dalla zona giorno per avere un ambiente più tranquillo dove concentrarsi sul lavoro, l'ufficio avrà un'ampia vetrata apribile per avere un contatto diretto con il cortile. Alla fine del cortile ci saranno 3 stanze che serviranno da magazzino e da lavanderia. Le scale che portano al piano superiore saranno sul lato sinistro dell'ingresso principale della villa e condurranno ad uno spazio aperto che sarà adibito a biblioteca e zona relax e lavoro, lo spazio avrà una zona con 2 sedie che avrà affaccio fino alla zona lounge sfruttando anche le ampie vetrate avrà un affaccio diretto sulla strada esterna alla proprietà. La zona notte avrà 2 camere da letto collegate da un corridoio che termina con una cabina armadio comune per entrambe le stanze oltre ad un wc con vasca. Entrambe le camere avranno accesso ad una veranda con vista sul cortile.

At the end of the backyard, there will be 3 rooms that will serve as a warehouse and as a laundry. The stairs leading to the upper floor will be on the left side of the main entrance to the villa and lead to an open space that will be used as a library and as a relax and work area, the space will have an area with 2 chairs that will have a view down to the lounge area also taking advantage of the large windows will have a direct view to the road outside the property. The night area will have 2 bedrooms connected by a corridor that ends in a shared walk-in closet for both rooms as well as a toilet with a bath. Both bedrooms will have access to a veranda overlooking the backyard.
